Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TradesAI, a mobile application published by Cyberesia SA ("Cyberesia", "we", "us"). By creating an account, opening the app, or starting a trial you agree to them.
1The service
TradesAI is a visual AI copilot for construction trades. You photograph a job-site situation, ask a question or choose an intent, and receive a structured informational response (observations, checks, steps, PPE guidance, checklists, and escalation cues). Suggestions are opinions and decision-support aids, not professional advice, certified diagnoses, compliance validations, or safety certifications. You remain responsible for what you do on site.
2Account
You need an account to use TradesAI. Provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent.
3The trial and membership
- Where offered, new members may receive a free trial with access as shown at sign-up. Nothing is charged during an eligible trial period.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, membership begins automatically at the price shown at sign-up, billed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Prices are shown in your store’s local currency and may change with notice. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your TradesAI account does not by itself cancel a store subscription — cancel in the store as well.
4Acceptable use
Use TradesAI for legitimate trade and professional informational purposes. Do not upload content you have no right to share, attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service, scrape or harvest outputs at scale, or use the service to build a competing dataset or product. Do not rely on TradesAI as the sole basis for critical repairs, live-network work, certified diagnostics, commissioning, or safety decisions. Stop and call a competent person in case of doubt, danger, or regulated situations (including electricity, gas, load-bearing structure, work at height, fire, asbestos, lead, mold, major moisture, buried services, or pressurized equipment).
5Your content
You keep all rights to the photographs, questions, and case information you submit. You grant Cyberesia only the limited licence needed to operate the service for you — including transmitting images and text to our processing infrastructure and AI providers to generate your result. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
6Intellectual property
The app, its design, branding, prompts, structured-response formats, and related materials belong to Cyberesia SA and are protected by copyright and other laws. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
7Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberesia excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from reliance on AI outputs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for TradesAI in the twelve months before the claim.
8Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by other reasonable means. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Geneva have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
